Calling All Volunteers!

June 3, 2009

callingDid you know that it takes over 50 people to make Relay run smoothly? This doesn’t include the 100 Summer of Service kids that come out to help with luminary set-up. We begin setting up for Relay on Friday morning around 8:00 am and go all the way through to the following morning. We need help all times of the day and night. Volunteer opportunities range from picking up supplies, to serving food at the survivor reception, to picking up pizzas for the midnight pizza party. There are opportunities for kids, teenagers and adults. Please e-mail Lisa Fink at fink.lisa@mayo.edu if you are interested. If you can give me a time availability that would be great. Let’s put on another great Relay!
